What to Expect After Graduation

Upon successfully completing an accredited massage therapy course program, you will by now know all the necessary fields of study in Human Relations, Pathology, Physiology, Treatments, Hydrotherapy, Kinesiology and Remedial Exercise, Nutrition and Public Health, Massage Theory and Technique, Anatomy, and so on. You would then need to get your massage therapy license by way of completing a few compulsory requirements designed and required by the state you are planning to practice in. You will need to get a license or national certification, or maybe both - depending on the city or state of your choice for work. Some states may require a fee, have proof of having done the required number of hands-on training, be connected with a duly appointed and recognized national massage association, and, or have the needed liability insurance coverage.

In some states where a license is not needed, you will be required to have a national certification, which can be acquired by passing an exam. In either case, once all the paperwork has been fulfilled, you are now ready to practice your newfound career and earn all its rewards to the fullest.
